Description
Machine for Brushing of Contact Surfaces of the Rails C3-03 is intended for simultaneous brushing of the ends of two connected rails to ensure reliable electric contact right before the flash butt welding.
The machine can be installed in the technological line and operate jointly with the rail welding machine or separately.
The machine consists of brushing unit, control cabinet, filter and ventilation unit.
The cleanness of the treated contact surface meets contemporary requirements for flash butt welding and permits to obtain optimal electrical parameters of the heat balance of fusing, which is of great importance for obtaining a welded joint of good quality.
