"Pskovelektrosvar" is the largest Russian enterprise for development and manufacture of automated machines, complexes, and welding robotized lines for flash butt welding, resistance spot, seam, projection, arc, and other kinds of welding, component parts and spare parts for electric welding equipment.
The main fields of activity of the enterprise are the following
- Designing an manufacturing of welding equipment for organisation of continuous processes of rolling in metallurgy. This division includes the equipment for butt welding and seam welding of steel sheet (width of up to 2400 mm), blooms in hot condition (temperature over 1000°Ñ)
- Designing and manufacturing of welding equipment for oil and gas industry. This division includes equipment for welding by continuous burning-off of single pipes and pipe sections of the main petroleum and gas-pipelines into a single thread under field conditions
- Designing and manufacturing of complexes of equipment for outfitting of rail-welding enterprises. This division includes suspended and stationary rail-welding machines, presses for testing and cold stropping of welded joints of rails, peeling machine-tools, driving rollers, etc.
- Other welding equipment. This division includes equipment for butt welding of boiler pipes, rods, rings, closed and complex sections, machine for spot, relief, seam welding, machines for welding of reinforcing frameworks
- Rendering services in execution and mechanical processing of large-dimension components. This division includes: welding transformers, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, block-containers for allocation of any technological equipment
